Enid Wilson graduated with BFA majoring in painting and minoring in printmaking. Growing up she was heavily influenced by textiles, surface design and fashion while spending her days after school at her mom's fabric store.
After graduation Enid gathered more fashion and surface design experience with various jobs while living in New York. During her time in New York, Enid developed her line of predominantly hand-crafted cards and invitations using fine arts and surface design techniques not commonly associated with paper. Enid's unique and sophisticated sense of color predominates her design.
Enid Wilson's cards and correspondence pieces take an everyday utilitarian item into the realm of being precious object and an extension of one's personal style.
